Refund policy
Please allow 7 working days for your order to reach you, if you find that you have not received your order after the full 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@prettytwisted.uk and we will try our best to assist you. On the rare occasion there may be delays if this is the case please note it could take up 7-14 full working days for this to be resolved.

Should your items turn up damaged, you will need to provide photo and video evidence via our website which is stated below *PLEASE DO NOT SEND MESSAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA USE EMAIL ONLY* This will need to be sent within 7 days of delivery, once we have received pictures and videos of damaged items and we have looked into this we will then provide you two options :
Option 1 - Resend order back out to you
Option 2 - Offer store credit

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
