Shipping policy

Please allow 7 working days for your order to reach you, if you find that you have not received your order after the full 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@prettytwisted.uk and we will try our best to assist you. On the rare occasion there may be delays if this is the case please note it could take up 7-14 full working days for this to be resolved.

On the rare occasion that your order doesn’t arrive then please know we will try our best to resolve this by contacting our couriers, we will need information from yourselves such as full name and order number for us to be able to look into this,  You will have 14 days to provide this information, please note that these things can take time. You may also need to get into with the company. 

Please note that certain times of the year ie Christmas can have an effect on deliveries due to how busy the couriers are, also certain weather conditions can have an effect - which both are  out of our hands.
